Persons entitled to free entry:
Persons entitled to obtain a “Free Entry Pass” valid for three years with the right to renew.
Journalists by showing their journalist ID.
Free Entry Pass holders.
Holders of a special membership card of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) or the International Council of Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) upon presentation of this.
Holders of the culture card.
Members of Companies and Associations of Friends of Museums and Archaeological Sites throughout Greece upon presentation of the recognized membership card.
Young people up to 18 years of age on presentation of Police ID or Passport to confirm age.
Guides with a professional identity card from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
The official guests of the Greek State, after approval of the General Director of Antiquities and Cultural Heritage.
Accompanying teachers on visits to schools and institutions of the 1st grade, 2nd grade and 3rd grade education.
The companions of the blind and people with mobility problems.
Employees of the Archaeological Resources and Expropriations Fund (T.A.P.A.), with the demonstration of their official identity.
Employees of the Credit Management Fund for the Execution of Archaeological Projects (T.D.P.E.A.E.), with the demonstration of their official identity.
Employees of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, by showing their official ID.
Students and students of Higher Educational Institutions, Technological Educational Institutions or Equivalent Schools of the Member States of the European Union, as well as Guide Schools, with the demonstration of their student ID.

Archaeological sites and museums remain closed:

January 1, March 25, Easter Sunday, May 1, December 25-26. The Archaeological Museums of Nafplion and Argos remain closed every Tuesday.
