On February 21st,the global community of qualified tourist guides, celebrate a particularly important day, International Tourist Guide Day.This day highlights the value of our profession and our contribution to the promotion of cultural heritage and education.Inspired by this important celebration, I had the honor of offering a guided tour of the archaeological site of Mycenae, a place of historical importance and unparalleled beauty, to Friends from “Pyli Politismou” , a network of Social Solidarity and Cooperative Economy in Nafplio. I am so glad I shared this experience with them!
